I provide private online fitness and nutrition coaching to help you achieve YOUR goals.

These are my online coaching programs and offerings:

1.) Private Online Coaching (Requires a 3-Month Minimum Commitment)

With private online coaching, you’ll have me as your personal coach guiding you to success. This includes everything you need to succeed.

Private online coaching is a serious 3-month commitment where you will be working closely with me on your goals, movement, exercise, and nutrition.

My job, as your coach, is to give you simple, straightforward, and personalized directions on exactly what you need to do to reach your goals. Your job, as my student and client, is to follow those directions and get awesome results.

Private online coaching is, however, a serious 3-month commitment, expensive, a lot of hard work, and not for everybody. It requires you to have an open mind, and to be willing to try a lot of things you probably haven’t done before (because that’s how we’re going to get you the results you want). It also requires you to trust in the process, and follow it through without any attempts to alter it. It also means you have to track and log everything along the way—training and nutrition—so that we can monitor your progress and hold you accountable.

These requirements are sometimes more than what most people are ready to commit to doing. But those who are ready to make the commitment get the best results because that’s what it takes.

I don’t delude anyone about private online coaching. The only requirement is the willingness to follow directions, do exactly what I say, and get awesome results (always simple, never easy). It’s a serious step, and I only want you to apply if you are absolutely sure and 100% ready to spend the next three months working closely with me on reaching your goals. If that isn’t you, no worries.

Here’s How My Private Online Coaching Program Works:

Personalized Movement Assessment—The first step in my private online coaching process is to assess your movement and mitigate any risk of injury. I will request a series of exercises and movements for you to film, inspect it personally, and give you specific feedback on what you need to fix, and how, so you can dramatically improve the quality of your movement, reduce the risk of injury in training, and get the most out of each exercise.

Customized 3-Month Exercise Program—Three months is the minimum amount of time to change habits and make progress. The training program I design will be made specifically for you, and based entirely off the goals you give me. I’m going to give you simple, straightforward, and written down directions on what exercises to do, what weight to use, how many sets, how many reps, and so on and so on, so you can focus your energies in the right direction and start getting the results you deserve.

Customized 3-Month Nutrition Protocol—What to eat, when to eat, and how much. Simple, straight forward, written down directions, all laid out in front of you. All you have to do with the nutrition protocol is follow it, and get awesome results.

Periodical Movement Reviews—it’s required of all private online coaching clients to send me periodical movement reviews (every 30 days), so I can review your technique, help you to correct any issues that I see, and offer feedback on how you can take it to the next level. You never know what one little cue can do for you. Many of my clients have set new PRs (in pull-ups, deadlifts, squats, presses, etc) immediately after their movement reviews, simply because I gave them that one little thing they didn’t even know they were missing.

Private Email Access to Me—Whatever you need, and whenever you need me, I’ll be just one short email away. I respond within 24 hours and usually right away.

That Said, My Private Online Coaching Program Isn’t For Everyone!

Here’s Who It Can Help:

With private online coaching I’m picky about who I work with because I have to be. I invest a considerable amount of time into coaching, and I take this very seriously, so I expect you to as well.

Private online coaching is $199/month, so I normally don’t have people applying who are not VERY serious about making changes (spending $199/month is a strong incentive and will force just about anybody to do what I say and get results).

Private online coaching for $199/month is a far better INVESTMENT than one-on-one personal training which is typically a minimum of $540/month for only 3 sessions per week for four weeks at $45/session. Many personal trainers charge $60 per session or more ($720/month or more!). I charge a minimum of $75/session for one-on-one personal training. Not only will you save money, but you’ll get far better results for a much smaller investment.

I assure you the investment will be worth it, so long as you meet the criteria, which are:

  • You must be willing to follow simple, written down directions.
  • With private online coaching, my goal is to make everything as simple as I can for you, so all you have to do is follow my directions, and get awesome results.
  • I will do all the hard work for you, of designing your program and nutrition protocol, so you can get started right away without any clutter or confusion.
  • All I ask is that you’re willing to follow these directions exactly as they are written.
  • You must be willing to film your movements for me.
  • I’m going to give you a virtual movement screen and offer you detailed feedback once a month on your technique and how to improve it.
  • This means you’ll have to film a series of movements for me and submit them on a timely manner. You don’t need any fancy equipment, most cell phones work just fine.
  • You just have to be willing to show me how you move so I can help you avoid injury and get the most out of your training sessions.
  • You will be expected to take before/after photos, and track your progress the entire way very diligently, as I plan on sharing your success.
  • You must be willing to keep a food and training log.
  • Keeping a food and training log will allow me to measure your progress, hold you accountable, and tweak things along the way if necessary. Remember, “what gets measured, gets managed,” so there are NO exceptions to this. Exercise and food logging has been proven to improve adherence and results.
  • You must be above the age of 7 and not require babysitting.
  • Private online coaching is for people who are serious about making changes and ready to take action. Not daycare. So I need you to come in ready to go, and ready to take action on the things I tell you to do as soon as I tell you to do them.
  • Finally, I will hold you accountable and be there to guide you through the thick trail brush of your fitness journey, like a sort of trail guide leading a tenderfoot through the forest. And while I can’t walk for you, I can—and I will—walk with you.

I understand that private online coaching is a big commitment, and I am demanding of my coaching clients because I have to be. Maybe it’s not the right time, and if that’s the case, no big deal. I only want you to join if you are certain—and I mean absolutely certain—that you can commit to working your butt off for 3-months, and getting awesome results.

2.) Monthly Training Program

For those who only want a monthly training program without coaching, accountability, support, or a specific nutrition program, this is an affordable option to get awesome results. All you need are a few pieces of equipment at home or a gym membership with access to kettlebells, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar. If you’re ready to follow a training program that will get you results and have access to a gym or the aforementioned pieces of equipment, this is an affordable and excellent option to help you improve your mobility and flexibility, increase strength, muscle and conditioning, and improve your body and quality of life while preventing injuries.

These tried and proven monthly training programs have been used with my coaching clients to get awesome results in minimal time. Unlike many other workouts available online, these are training programs that build upon one another as you improve each month.

For only $50/month, you’ll receive a new program each month with specific instructions (written, photos, and videos) showing you EXACTLY what to do so you just have to do it as written.

You’ll need to be familiar with basic kettlebell exercises such as the Goblet Squat, Swing, and Turkish Get-up. However, even if you’ve never performed those exercises before I provide the instructions you need to be able to do them correctly as long as you are willing to learn. I also provide equipment options in case you don’t have access to a certain piece of equipment at home or in your gym. Most of the exercises can be done with your own body, a kettlebell or two, some dumbbells, and a pull-up bar.

Although coaching, accountability, support, and nutrition is not a part of this option, I’ll provide simple nutrition guidelines and occasional coaching emails to help you stay on track.

3.) Beachbody Challenge Pack (fitness and nutrition program and a 30-day supply of Shakeology) and Challenge Group

If private online coaching or my monthly training program is not feasible for your budget, a Beachbody program or Challenge Pack provides everything you need to get awesome results at home while being incredibly affordable. A Challenge Pack includes the fitness program of your choice, nutrition guide, support, and a 30-day supply of Shakeology.

These 21-day, 60-day, and 90-day programs have helped millions of people lose weight, get in shape, and completely transform their body and lives without needing a gym membership, a personal trainer, or expensive gym equipment. Some of my favorites include Body Beast, P90X3, P90, Focus T25, 21-Day FIX, and PiYo.
