Nutrition is a key component of the Body Beast program.

This is my BEAST-O-MATIC “LION” mid-morning shake.

I’m using the “Lion” earlier in the day because it has less carbs and more healthy fats than the other shakes. Perfect for BEFORE a workout because you don’t want too many carbs until after your training session.

I’ll use the “Tiger” or “Jaguar” for my evening snack since they have more carbs and less fat. Perfect for AFTER my workouts.

– 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
– 1 scoop Hardcore Base Shake
– 1.5 Tbsp. all-natural peanut butter
– 1/2 banana
– 1 cup water
– Ice to desired thickness

This is specifically for the Body Beast program to help pack on lean mass. This shake has more than 40 grams of protein, some good quality carbs and fiber and healthy fats. It’s about 450 calories.

This will be my mid-morning shake for now on. The only variations I’ll make is to use almond butter instead of peanut butter and a different fruit for variety (strawberries, blueberries, etc.).

This provides the following according to the Beast portions:

4 Protein
2 Fruit
3 Fat
