How to Make Nate’s Lavash Pizza!

You’ll need the following ingredients:

– 1 Sami’s Bakery Millet & Flax Lavash (Hitchcock’s or buy online at

– 1/2 cup high-quality pizza sauce like Cento brand or a high-quality spaghetti or marinara sauce from a good brand like Gia Russa, La Famiglia DelGrosso, Barilla, etc. (something that doesn’t have soybean oil or corn syrup)- Veggies and toppings of your choice: diced red or green peppers, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, pineapple, artichoke, black olives, broccoli, etc.- Meat of your choice: Hormel Natural Choice turkey breast, grilled chicken breast, grass-fed ground beef, steak or bacon (Applegate, Maverick Ranch or Hormel Natural Choice bacon)- Approximately 1/2 cup Mozzarella or pizza cheese mix

– Hormel Natural Choice Pepperoni (optional – but it makes it so good!)

Set the oven for 400 degrees.

Spread some olive oil on the bottom of your Lavash and place it flat down in a glass pie dish or on a cookie sheet (it helps prevent it from sticking to the dish).

Add sauce, veggies, meats, cheese and pepperoni in that order.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Viola! A healthy, delicious low-carb pizza!
