I'm the only StrongFirst (SFG1) Kettlebell Instructor in North Central Florida. I'm also Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified (HKC) and soon to be Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) certified. I'm a Metabolic Training Expert and an Underground Strength Coach (USC2).
